Bayford Pre-School provides an exceptional start to your child’s Early Years Education. We care for children from 2 years up to Primary School age.
The Pre-School is an integral part of the community in Bayford and is situated in an excellent rural location. We run many events including an Easter Bonnet Parade and Egg hunt, Sports Day, a Christmas Play and End of term Summer fun day.
The sense of family that the team have created at Bayford Pre-School ensures that each child feels valued and we have created a "home from home environment.." We have strong partnerships with parents and welcome their participation in preschool activities whether it is a teddy bears picnic, a Christmas Play or World Book Day event.
We believe that children thrive in a happy, stimulating and nurturing environment. Praise, encouragement and fun in these vital early years of their education allow every child a fulfilling and positive pre-school experience.

“The teams commitment to making this a fabulous place for the children to learn and grow make this my favourite source of childcare.”
"The communication is fantastic. All the staff are very hands on and easy to talk to.”
“There is always something new for the children to explore and always so creative.”
“The learning journal is fantastic so packed full of information. I know that the staff will let me know of any concerns and always supports my child through any issues.”
“Management keep parents well informed and I feel very involved at all times.” “I looked after my boy for two years at home and he has never been left with anyone. The fact that he adores pre-school speaks for itself. I visited 27 nurseries / preschools before I made Bayford my choice."
“I Cannot recommend highly enough, staff informal but professional, ratio of staff / children excellent, facilities fab, but its the people that make the place.”
“Extremely well organised, and play and learning all varied.”
Rosie loved her experience at Bayford preschool, she settled in so quickly and love she was assigned a key worker. Alison is so welcoming, supportive and organised. We were always well informed about upcoming events and loved the updates from the facebook page. The preschool has such a family feel and loved she had a book to track her progress each term. They are such a personable preschool and really felt they could provide us with everything she needed to grow and develop. They always go above and beyond with the arts and crafts and loved getting to take home her creations. We loved following the themes of play and learning and seeing Rosie develop both socially and emotionally with a great support network of all the preschool teachers. Thanks for everything,!
I cannot recommend Bayford preschool enough.
Alison and her team go over and above to ensure that the children are happy and supported during their time there.
When my daughter started she was a very nervous child, but within a couple of weeks of starting Bayford she had completely come out of her shell and continued to thrive throughout the two years she was there.
She has just started primary school a happy and confident little girl and a big part of that is down to the nurture and support Alison and the team gave her. They are amazing!

All 4 of our children have started their journey through education at Bayford Preschool, from our eldest who is nearly 14, to our youngest who left this summer.
We live a 20 minute drive away (longer in the rush hour traffic!) and we have plenty of local preschools available to us.
However Alison, Hayley and the rest of the team are the reason we have come back to Bayford each time. Their approach to early years education is fantastic.
Every day there is something new for the children to learn about and the team recognised our children as individuals - tailoring their learning based on their likes and dislikes.
The care the children received at Bayford Preschool has helped them when it became time to move on to Nursery and Primary School.
All members of staff are helpful and approachable. All knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
I would recommend Bayford Preschool to any parent!
Bayford pre school truly is amazing!
We looked around a few other pre schools As we were a little apprehensive about our little girl moving on to this next chapter, but as soon as we meet Alison and she showed us around I knew it was the one.
I truly believe that Bayford was the making of our little girl she grew in confidence and she flourished there, she would come home
Every day with a massive smile on her face.
Alison, Hayley and the rest of the team are incredible and they really do care and look after the boys and girls with so much love, which as a parent that is what you want.
My little girl had an allergy and Alison went above and beyond to always make sure she could take part in every activity and was never left out and for that we are incredibly grateful.
If you are thinking of sending your little boy or girl there I promise you, you won’t regret it.
We love you Bayford Pre School,
Fuller Family x
